Please prepare your ad content with the following components:
• 1 leader image: 599 x 399 px, jpeg format
• Body copy: 200 words
• Subject line: "Special offer from: (30 character limit)"
• 1 link for CTA button
• CTA button text: i.e. "Register" "Buy now" etc.
• 1 additional link for "learn more" button
• Up to (2) additional footer images, jpeg format, 290 x 290 each
*Assets are to be delivered (5) business days in advance of scheduled blast. TBA staff will provide one proof sent 48 hours ahead of scheduled date with 24 hours for notes/approval.

"Theatregoer" dedicated emails can be sent any Tuesday or Friday of a reserved week. Dedicated mail content is due one week before the ad is scheduled to run.
Note: Only ads for arts and cultural events, or services related to attending such events—e.g. restaurants, bars, transit etc.—are eligible to run in "Theatregoer" dedicated emails.
