Pride Booth Distribution Route

Theatre Bay Area has taken up a booth at the SF PRIDE celebration on June 25 2017 and is offering our partners the opportunity to capture this captive audience by participating in a number of possible ways.

Our booth will be located at Civic Center Plaza on June 25 2017 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and offers you the opportunity to integrate your theatre production with one of the largest LGBTQ celebrations in California (over 1.2 million expected attendees, 62% of whom are Bay Area residents)!

 WAYS YOU CAN PARTICIPATE:

1. Distribute your materials (see specifics below). You may choose to have us distribute postcards per usual OR to have us distribute some other kind of collateral (as a special for PRIDE PDN, you can circulate collateral that diverges from the traditional print form (i.e. small branded items like headphones, bracelets, or other giveaways). It’s a great chance to be creative and contribute to the festive atmosphere of the celebration! We hope that you will think about a special offer for an upcoming event, tailored especially for Pride attendees!

2. Send an individual (or two) to volunteer at the booth and promote your show! Sign up for an XX hour shift and be behind the table with us talking about your production with visitors.

3. Sign up for a promotional performance. Teams can engage with specific ‘promotional performances’ in front of the booth to promote their shows/sell tickets. Contact J Jha, Membership Events Associate, at  j@theatrebayarea.org, 415 430 1140 ext *10  for more details. All bookings must be made by June 21, 2017 3 PM.

Pricing:

Early Bird: $40 (Delivered June 5-7 between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the TBA offices.)

Regular: $50 (Delivered by Wednesday, June 21 at 3:00 pm to the TBA offices.)

Number of collateral: 150 per order  (may include one display : poster up to 11"x17"/cut-out)

All orders must be accompanied with a completed Show information sheet

Additional details:

 Collateral size should be planned keeping in mind that we only have fairly limited booth space and will cater to multiple companies. If supplying collateral other than postcards, we would ask you to supply a small storage solution for the items (basket, bin, etc).  Theatre Bay Area reserves the right of deciding the final number of collateral displayed, subject to available space and number of orders. We assure that we will try our level best to distribute all your collateral. Unless prior arrangements are made, we will not be returning extra collateral/displays. 

Logistics: Theatre Bay Area will not provide any equipment, infrastructure like green room or power. We have a space only for display. All “promotional performances” must be accommodated to safely happen in front of the booth, within public space. Theatre Bay Area does not hold authority on any space outside the Booth and encourages its members to create interactive captive experiences that are crowd centric and street conscious.
